  1. A minor question that slightly puzzles me. Why is this table shown twice under two different names, same table, same dealer, same limits, same live feed?
  2. I'm sure these are busy times for you now and your workload will have increased, so I'm just wondering if there are any red flags that come up with new accounts that warrant further checks. We see new community members complaining about having to verify adresses or bank details, but I can't recall having to do any of that when I opened my account, I deposited and played straight away. Do you have any figures for the number of accounts being refused and any strange reasons why some are not accepted?
  3. This question was asked in another thread, one I'd already pondered so I'll bring it up here. I like playing a session of roulette now and again but when I check the casino tourneys they always seem to be based on turnover, basically rewarding those with the bigger bankrolls that can chuck more money on the tables. In effect you're saying the more money you have the more money you can win, (possibly to offset your losses.) I can quite happily sit at a roulette table for a couple of hours and play £1 at a time but will never be able to compete in something like this, and can only see this increasing turnover as players play more to stay on the leaderboard. Is this responsible gambling?
  4. We know what they're called. Many uf us know that where there is money someone somewhere will come up with a scheme to get hold of it, by fair means or foul. Superusers, bots, syndicates, multiple accounts, chip dumping, the list goes on, so what do the team consider as the biggest single threat to security, be it getting the cash or sensitive details or something else? What could be the potential downside, and any possible details on the biggest case they've been involved in.
  5. Sorry, just realized there's another section added.
  6. I've just spent 10 minutes framing a question on security, came back to check something and........................ ..............................the subject's changed. :Wonder: Back to the drawing board.
  7. @Stubbe-Unibet Great read ( I was going to put "so far," but I think that looks like I don't expect it to continue, which I do.) Can you give us a bit more insight into the boredom question, were you literally doing the same thing day after day, number crunching or whatever? It seems to me we get bored very quickly, even if making money (not always me) clicking buttons over and over again, that's why I'm usually looking at different approaches to try and keep it fresh.
  8. I find it very interesting to get some background from an insider's perspective, so  from me as well. Please don't let it fade away.
  9. I like it @JeppeL Highlights names, avatars etc looking good so far.
